Son’s first big bed

Hi all

I have been busy today putting up my toddler’s big bed.  He is with Nana all day today but we have been talking about this for a while now, so hopefully he should embrace the change when he gets home tonight (heres hoping!).  I have put on his new duvet and cover and his bed just looks lovely – very funky!

I’m 18 weeks pregnant this week and trundling along.  I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to take bloods and test for problems, but hopefully everything will be ok.

Groovy Mummy news: We are awaiting a new shipment of Pee-pee Teepees from Canada which will hopefully arrive soon.  They will replace the sold out Bi-planes that seem to sell very quickly!  We also have some Santa hat ones coming in, for new baby boys around the Xmas time.

Look out for the new range from Bonnie Baby, but this shipment wont be arriving until January – so just a heads up for those Bonnie Baby lovers out there!

Hello world!

Well, this is my first blog and I thought I would write about my ongoing pregnancy as I am now 17 weeks pregnant and feeling much much better than the first 15/16 weeks.  God I felt so tired, I couldnt be bothered to do anything apart from the bare essentials.  Thank goodness the tiredness has shifted, just getting the weight gain now.  Tried my old maternity jeans on this week and they were too small which is not a good sign, so have had to buy another pair!  Will be moving my son into a big bed this week as well which is very scary – I’m hoping he will stay in bed and not get up at the crack of dawn and play with his action men!

Had lots of orders this week from Groovy Mummy though which is great.  Its very hard though running a business that sells gorgeous baby things, especially when you have a baby coming.  I dont think I’ll have much stock left soon!
